Pilar Coffee Bar Brewing Up Major Expansion From Broward Roots

A Deerfield Beach coffee concept has officially blossomed from local favorite to rapid-growth franchise in under two years. Founded less than 18 months ago, Pilar Coffee Bar announced plans to open 11 new franchise locations by the end of 2027.

The next Pilar Coffee Bar is slated to open this summer in Roslyn, N.Y. Additional locations expected later this year include Coral Springs, Palm Beach Gardens, Elwood, N.Y. and Aurora, Colo.

Founded by franchise veteran Steve Giordanella through ABC Franchise Group, Pilar has built a following around specialty lattes, cold brews and iced drinks crafted with beans sourced from Brazil and Colombia.
